The customer selects a broad category most relevant to their financial need…
The Genie then asks follow up questions to get a more specific understanding of the customer’s need…
Et voila! The Genie then deals a final product card recommendation. The customer is now able to focus solely on the loan most relevant to them, rather than wasting time scanning through multiple pages and product pitches.
