I have been focusing on UX strategy and design since completing my master’s from DePaul University in 2011. After spending over a decade crafting digital experiences for such Fortune 500 clients as Hyatt Hotels, Humana Insurance and BMO Financial Group, I shifted to the public sector in 2023 to become a design educator at UW-Madison.
When I'm off the clock, I love exploring all of the bike trails, restaurants and music venues that Madison has to offer.
